This website is operated by Premium Works. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Premium Works.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Premium Works. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped following this processing time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping times can vary depending on the country of origin as well as complications arising from the Covid-19 pandemic. Typical domestic shipping is 5-8 days in Canada, and 7-10 days in the United States. International shipping is between 15-20 days. 

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone and arrange the next steps with you at that time.

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All shipping costs are included in the price of the products offered through www.premium-works.com. Shipping is always free for our clients. 

Standard delivery ranges from 3-5 days within Canada and the United States, and 12-15 days for international orders.  

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes at this time

 

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

We are currently in the process of working with our shippers to provide our clients with tracking numbers. We will update our policies to reflect this when available.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

www.premium-works.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages 

www.premium-works.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
