Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at premiumworks.ca@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items), are not eligible for returns. All standard products are available for a 30 day return provided the item has not been, used or worn and is still in original packaging with original tags. The customer is responsible for the return shipping on returns. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you are able to obtain the item you are looking for is to make the purchase of that item, and then subsequently return the item you did not want. Should this situation arise, use the Contact Us page to let us know you want to make an exchange. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to exchange items.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Processing Time
Processing times range from 1-2 days once item is received at out facility. Once the item has been received, it will take the 1-2 business days listed above to inspect and respond to your return request. You will receive an email stating whether the return has been accepted based on the condition of the item that you sent back to us. If approved, we will immediately refund your money back to the account/credit card that was used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for refund to show up on your credit card or in your account.
