Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders are generally not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays. During periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is not included in the listed product price unless specifically stated otherwise.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on factors such as:

Delivery Estimates

Most Premium Works orders are delivered within approximately 10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, fulfillment location, shipping carrier, product availability, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

The estimated delivery timeframe includes normal order processing and transit time.

Occasional carrier delays may occur and do not necessarily indicate that an order has been lost.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

When tracking information is available for your shipment, it will be provided after your order has shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after a shipping label has been created.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Premium Works does not currently ship to P.O. boxes.

If you provide an address that cannot be serviced by the available shipping carrier, we may contact you to request an alternate delivery address.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to eligible destinations.

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout where available.

International deliveries may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by Premium Works unless specifically stated otherwise.

Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or similar charges imposed after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply if the order must be reshipped.

Damaged Orders

• Original packaging
• Shipping materials
• Photos showing the damage and packaging

Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, Premium Works may rely on the carrier's tracking information as confirmation of delivery.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with other members of your household before contacting us.
