Premium Works ("Premium Works," "we," "us," or "our") operates premium-works.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit the Site, purchase our products, communicate with us, subscribe to marketing communications or otherwise use our services.

When you make a purchase, payment information is processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers. Premium Works does not need to independently store complete payment-card information in order to process your transaction.

If you subscribe to Premium Works marketing communications, including through our Stay Rooted email signup, we may use your email address to send information about new products, Scripture-led releases, Journal content, promotions and other Premium Works updates.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending transactional messages necessary to administer an order or customer account.

Shopify. Our online store and ecommerce services are powered by Shopify.
Production and fulfillment providers. Certain Premium Works products are produced and fulfilled through third-party production partners. Information such as your name, shipping address and order details may be provided to these partners when necessary to manufacture and fulfill your order.
Shipping and delivery providers. Information necessary for delivery may be provided to postal services, couriers and other shipping providers.
Payment providers. Payment information is processed by Shopify and/or applicable payment-processing services.
